Terrace View Gardens — Local services in North Plainfield

I just moved in, on August 1st. Already having bad experiences. The complex community it's self looks run down and the parking is a nuisance. It's narrow, dangerous while backing out because some people drive as if they were filming fast and furious. The materials used to make these apartments must be very cheap. The floor was dirty when we moved in. The top lock doesn't seem to work. The bathroom is very small. And the toilet takes forever to work! Worst of all, we put a few items on the balcony and there is a sanctuary of pigeon poop all over it. The smell is terrible. The sanctuary was made into a pigeon nest as well. So now, there are babies. Do not get me wrong, I'm not for killing animals. But a heads up before moving in would have been nice. Or at least some effort in clean up. My family and I are even a bit disgusted turning on the AC because of all the bird poop around it. Barely a week here, new to the community and we are definitely looking forward for the year to pass quickly to NOT renew the lease!

This apartment viewing experience epitomized the nadir of my search thus far. Despite confirming my appointment for Wednesday, incessant reminders inundated me with the address and contact details. However, upon arrival, I found myself unable to connect with anyone. The provided address proved misleading, leading me astray from the actual location of the apartment. Moreover, the contact number supplied was affiliated with another complex entirely, devoid of a leasing office on-site. Subsequently, I was left waiting fruitlessly, purportedly for the superintendent to locate me. This lamentable ordeal squandered valuable time and exposed a blatant disregard for professionalism, as evidenced by the negligent receptionist's handling of inquiries. Been here since Sept 15th, though there are some things to get used to, like parking, ect..there are many things in my experience here which prove Terrace View is absolutely worthy of 5 stars, # 1 no bugs, no roaches, no ants, or any kind of pest, at all, # The heat and hot water, work very well, and are included, # #2 If you need somthing fixed, managment responds very fast, and repairs done in timely manner, #3 these apartments are big, for the rent they charge you, # 4 very easy online rent payments, with auto pay options, never want to leave, and you wont too.
