Was there about 2 days ago looking to get into a phone I didn't have a number to Port and didn't have too much money to work with the two gentlemen at the store Anthony and Samir for extremely helpful and knowledgeable they did everything they could to help me and right before I thought I wasn't going to be able to do much they offer the smart pay option which I instantly jumped on the phone that I really wanted to get which was the Galaxy S9 they didn't have in store but they did call around 2 their other stores and found one nearby we did the whole transaction at their store and when to pick up at their Toledo Blade location phone was pretty much set up and they made the process very simple explain to me thoroughly how the smart pay worked and I was off on my way to pick up the phone they also offered to pick it up for me but I told them not to worry it wasn't a far drive. Unfortunately I wish I could say the same thing for their other location a gentleman that was I was working there that day I believe his name is Daniel claimed and claimed that he was one of the store managers but by his demeanor his salty rude attitude I didn't believe it for one bit he was extremely unprofessional and kept talking trash about the other stores I find that very rude and unprofessional he was so hard on that store that I was help at and did not even give me the time to explain to him that the two guys were extremely helpful. Again thank you Anthony and Samir for helping me get into my phone without having to pay the phone a hundred percent on the spot. Read moreI came here several times betore and there was a super nice, helpful lady. What replaced her was a younger male with black hair, and he was not helpful at all when I wanted to switch phones. He never even offered to pull up my account and said my new phone wasn't compatible (when I told him it was). The number he gave me for tech services was the wrong number as well. I called customer support and they walked me through and guess what? My phone is compatible as I told the younger guy at the counter. And 10 minutes later I was using my phone. Because I did research and verified that it was compatible before buying the phone. I just needed help with a few questions. Maybe he was having a bad day or is lacking appropriate training. But I'm in customer service as well, and what I experienced was no service whatsoever. He did let me use the Wifi which was nice, because I needed that to get the IMEI #. Read moreI originally went by to add some more hot spot data because mine ran out for the month. Michele and Olivia were excellent. It turned out to be a one stop shop for me. I got my cell phone monthly cost reduced by $10 and gained 6 more gigabytes of hot spot data per month, from 19GB to 25GB. There was a bunch of stuff on my previous bill that I didn't want or know that I was paying for every month, including $10 per month for phone insurance. I was on a plan for four lines per month when I only needed one. Michele and Olivia put me on a plan that I actually want. I got a very nice free tablet and a free modem router. Now I am only paying $120 per month for cell, tablet and home internet, which all came with free Amazon Prime, Prime Video and Amazon Music. Michele set it all up for me while juggling three other customers in the store. I took my modem home and it was all plug and play because it was already set up by Michele. So no headache.
