Pizza Hut — Restaurant in North Port

Honestly the WORST Pizza Hut location I have ever had the displeasure of ordering from in my entire life.

I had placed an $80.00 order last week in which had a mistake in every single menu item ordered, apart from the breadsticks, and even the delivery instructions were not followed.

From the looks of the food that was delivered; this location has been falling on hard times and is doing everything they can to skimp on ingredients so that they can save money. Each pizza was delivered with less than a ladle-full of sauce.

From the pizza-makers, to the supervisor on duty, to the idiot adult working as a delivery driver completely ignoring a polite request to not knock or ring the doorbell that had pounded on the door and ran away- all members of this establishment had failed.

The most disappointing aspect of this order was reaching out to the restaurant and getting a hold of "Andrea", the manager-on-duty. Andrea had decided that we were not deserving of a refund, or a redelivery of our large order. She had smugly suggested to have her delivery driver collect the incorrect items back from our home- this was a RIDICULOUS request. Not only is it dangerous for the drivers and the staff that she is responsible of their well-being, it is a blatant disrespect accusing the customer of lying rather than admitting failure.

Ordered pizzas for a party with a meal deal of: 2 LG pizzas, cinnamon sticks, and a 2 liter soda Then added: A LG pepperoni And a free medium birthday pizza

When the driver arrived, we only received the first meal deal and not the 2 other pizzas. I call the store and ask what had happened as the receipt got and the receipt online were different. Was told to try it again, that maybe they were booted for being different than the promo? Tried ordering just the free pizza but needed a minimum amount to get delivered. I decided to add the LG pepperoni since we wanted one originally anyways. The second delivery is only the pepperoni... Call again asking why the birthday pizza didn't go through and was told to try again. I explained how I needed a minimum amount to make a purchase and was told to call the 800 number. Pizza Hut has always been my go to for pizza. Sadly the 2 Pizza Huts in my home town, Venice Florida closed down a few months ago and also the Pizza Hut in nearby Englewood closed also leaving the closest Pizza Hut roughly 30+ miles away in North Port or Sarasota so I had to travel to North Port to use my 510 points that were expiring 08/18/21. The service was great and I have no complaints but sad to say I am not going to travel over 30 miles away to pick a pizza up especially with gas prices what they are. I am not the only one upset that 3 pizza huts shut down the same day.
