Close to my home and always order from here but these last two experiences have pushed me over the edge. 2nd to last time I ordered online as usual and put tip in cash and my boyfriend answered the door and took the food thinking everything was done online while I was wrestling our 4 dogs into the room so they didn’t get at the delivery guy so my boyfriend had no idea he hadn’t been tipped and the delivery man literally stopped the door from closing and put his hand out and said he insisted on a tip and my boyfriend a bit shook up from this man stopping our door tells me and I told him he didn’t see it on the coffee table for him. This last time I ordered shrimp chow mein with an additional 1.50 for shrimp fried rice because I’m a shrimp fanatic and they bring me literally a plate with these monster huge onion and celery slices and baby shrimps on top of it and on the side is just plain fried rice. I call and I’m literally almost in tears because I just got off a long overnight shift and thought I’d stay up an extra hour for my morning dinner, and he is yelling that it’s my fault I got chow mein mixed up for fat onion and celery slices for the DEFINITION version that is wheat flour egg noodles fried a little crispier than the soft lo mein noodle. SAME NOODLES JUST COOKED DIFFERENTLY. So if you order the chow mein know you won’t be getting the noodles like you would ANY OTHER PLACE such as Panda Express etc. and the. I ask to replace for something else seeing as that was just 11 $ wasted and he says we can bring you something small but it’s your mistake so I say never mind just refund me and tells me I have to not only bring It to the store but it’ll be 2 weeks for the refund. This is just a whole mess because they don’t have the definition version of chow mein so I’m never ordering from here again absolutely terrible customer service. THATS NOT IN NO DEFINITION SHRIMP LO MEIN OR SHRIMP FRIED RICE. I literally had to look around in the rice thinking it was hiding at the bottom but nope! That onion and celery mix is what they call lo...
Read moreUsually don’t order from here but I feel that anytime we do, it’s always so disappointing. We ordered our food to-go. We ordered the general tso chicken and requested the chicken to be extra crispy. We get the food, and the chicken was extra soggy. I couldn’t even eat it. My husband didn’t really eat his either. Thankfully, the egg rolls and the noodles were edible. We also ordered krab Rangoon and it was fine. Not as crispy as we’d hope but it was fine. We also used their coupon deal for a free wonton soup or cheese wonton over $40. I selected cheese wonton. When we opened the food, we discovered it was wonton soup. I thought maybe I was mistaken and it wasn’t fried cheese wontons but just cheese wonton in soup. Nope, I bit into the wonton for it to be regular wonton. The broth was like yellow tinted water. I didn’t eat it. The fried noodles were stale. Needless to say, I was so disappointed and I will not give them another chance. Not worth the drive to complain, nor was it worth the $55...
Read moreI've been going to this restaurant for a decade or more. My obsession is their Crab Rangoon which I often just get 2 orders n eat that lol. We also love the boneless spareribs found under appetizers with white rice as the sauce is delicious on that kinda rice. Though it odd with pork fried rice though. The broccoli beef, shrimp chow mein, sweet n sour pork and wanton soups are also favorites in our home. Recently I've seen some bad reviews but look everyone this is a small family owned restaurant. The cooks can change....people have off days, crazy days n they get swamped adding stress trying to get everything out. They are regular humans not corporate zombies give them a break. They've ALWAYS fixed any issue I've had with the food! Just call and explain the issue as they are reasonable n gracious people. Me personally n my family as a whole...We're all dedicated customer for as long as they stay...
