Had a wonderful experience! Went in the store around 6:30 (they close at 7), immediately sat on this couch (Cloud2 Modular Sectional) and loved it. Aidana was busy helping other customers but went above and beyond to keep me updated on when she would be with me and brought us drinks. They even stayed open for me after hours so we could complete the deal that day. The men who delivered and set up my couch were awesome. They brought all the boxes up a flight of stairs, came in and got straight to business. They did a fantastic job. Would recommend Palacio Furniture 2 and their employees again and again! My couch is amazing and so comfortable. Love the 6 month payment plan as well!

Few months ago purchased a living room set payed cash for it only to find out it was damaged called them they stated they where going to contact their warehouse that took a few weeks just to hear back from them finally they called me back stating they would take the sofa that was damaged to get properly fixed. Fixed incorrectly black piece of wood is broken due to the 3 screws they installed.They delivered it march 14 been at my moms for over a week I got here Sunday March 23rd and inspected to see what they did to it and well pictures says a lot about how they take pride in there business take your business else where

Phenomenal experience. Diego was incredibly helpful and kind. I came in with a price I got from a different store for a very specific style of trundle daybed and asked if they had anything in a similar price range and he price matched the other store! When he said he would do that, I knew we would be buying from him! We didn't choose delivery or assembly because we have experience and a truck but I'm sure if we had that it would have gone smoothly. Highly recommend Palacio Furniture and Diego for that matter for affordable, quality furniture. đŸ€© (also as a PS.
