This is going to be a long rant and I apologize but the experience we had is unacceptable! If I could give this place zero stars I would in a heartbeat!
We have been to this newer location multiple times, probably 15-20 times total, as it is slightly closer to our house than another location. The first several times we went the service was very slow and clumsy, but being a newer store it's understandable. We continued to go everynow and again with similar results, but still had hope it could improve over time. This most recent time we went to the drive thru, we were the only car in line, and there were only 2 groups inside that were already served. When I pulled up to the drive thru I started the clock on my phone, since we had had slow service before. The attendant came on over the speaker and ask if I could wait a minute. It seemed odd since i was the only car, but ok. It was just shy of 6 minutes before my order was fully taken, only two items, and I had to continually correct the attendant as she was talking to another employee in the background. Once I pulled up it was about 60s before they took my card for payment, acceptable, and then they asked me to pull forward to wait for my order. Knowing the history here I started the timer again. 9 minutes later I was brought a bag of food with no drink. I informed the person they had forgotten my drink, told them what it was and they went to go make it. While they were inside making my drink I reached into the bag to hand a fry to my son only to find out they brought the wrong order. I go in and ask them to just give me a refund because I have now been waiting a total of 18 minutes, and I just want to leave. While in the middle of doing the refund the person doing it walked away, appearing to take a drive thru order. During this whole experience I observed an employee waking out to her car, apparently on a break, which seems an odd time since service was so slow.

Read moreWe have been there several times because we were happy to have one nearby. Sadly, there were only a couple of experiences that we could call good. They are severely understaffed, not customer focused, and service is painfully slow.
The last time we visited, there was only one other customer in the place. We were prepared for the usual slow service, this time we waited for over 7 min. for someone to wait on us. We got the attention of the person at the drive through window. She said, they were busy waiting on another customer, so they couldn't wait on us. We left and my wife is so fed up with the place, no pun intended, that she won't go back unless she sees a sign that says they are under new management.
I think they will close soon due to poor management and the inability to fix these problems over the last few months.
I was on the Nextdoor website and there are over 50 comments about this location. Most of them are negative.
My wife and I are both over 70 and we were discussing a first for us in our over 140 combined years of eating out experience. We actually had people coming out tell us to not bother going in due to the slow service. We went in and got to experience the slow service for ourselves.

Read moreI Won’t be coming here anymore I’m a daily customer and come here very often… today I placed a order at 11:46am order #63 i got to the Burger King drove to the window and told the lady i had a online order and gave her my name. After that she told me to park in the front and someone will bring me my food. I got to the Burger King at 11:50 am and waited until 12:05 PM. Usually an order that small doesn’t take long especially when the restaurant is empty. I drove back to the window and i told the lady why it was taking so long if i placed an online order. She started saying that she doesn’t even know what my order is and that she can’t just guess what my order is when I clearly told her my order name and why would she send me to the front and have me waiting there. Her name is Miriam and i told her to refund me my money to my card and she said she couldn’t. This lady knows i come here often I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what but that’s not how you treat a customer. I advise the manager or district manager to pay more attention to their staff so they can provide better customer service.
