Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in North Richland Hills

I went in tonight to get 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni pizza �. I placed my order and sat to wait for my pizza. The lady that came in after placed her order and mentioned that she had called ahead for her pizza. So I thought that if mine came out quick I would let her take it since she called ahead. Well people come in after me (about 6 people) and placed their orders as well. I could tell that they were backed up so it may take a few minutes, which I was ok with. Then 2 of the people that ordered after me got their pizzas and left, not the lady that was right after me mind you, she was still waiting as well. Then finally I think my order is ready, and low and behold , it was given to someone else. So I went and said something and the girl taking the orders said (witha bit of an attitude) that they had to start over from scratch so it was taking a bit. Ok cool, but then I mentioned that 3 people that came in after me had gotten their pizzas had gotten theirs already and left. She looked me dead in the eyes and said “I have them in order yours in next”. I said I’m no I was before them and went to sit down. The lady behind me told her that I was correct and she just looked at us like we were stupid. Meanwhile while waiting my son had to go to the restroom. So I’m really needing them to hurry and then all of a sudden my pizza appears out of nowhere and I leave. This was the sorriest form of customer service that I have ever gotten from this location. Normally they are a bit slow, but I’m ok with that. I know they get busy. But to look me dead in the eyes and basically call me a liar is ridiculous!!! I may just go to the location that is a bit further where I don’t get treated...

If I could give a zero stars I would. I went in to pick up an order and the lady working the counter (wish I would’ve gotten her name) was very unpleasant and this older Hispanic lady went to pick up her order and the lady handed it to her and the lady asked if it was a pepperoni pizza because the order she was trying to give her was in a small box. The lady working the counter said to this lady in a very rude tone “no you did not order a pepperoni pizza you ordered a crazy bread and pizza cups with NO TOPPINGS” and then tried to make the lady pay for a pepperoni pizza. She then yelled to everyone waiting for their food “DOES ANYBODY SPEAK SPANISH” even though I could clearly understand her the customer just was confused why she was trying to give her the wrong order. Later on the lady at the counter did realize that she in fact did order just a pepperoni pizza when a different Hispanic lady came to pick up that other order. Then when I went to tell her I had an order pick up she said it will be done in a few min. 10 minutes later she yells “WHO HAD THE PICK UP ORDER FOR TREVOR?? PUT YOUR NUMBER IN” yelling at me and no please thank you or anything. Then it took another 5 minutes for her to give me my order that was now cold. If she hates her job so much she should not work there. I will no longer come to this location.. because I don’t care where you work or how stressed you are you should not treat people that way for no...

Location Blvd 26 and Glenview. North Richland Hills. I ordered the lunch combo. I too one bite of the pizza and bit into way undercooked dough. After further inspection, the bottom is the pizza was cooked, cheese was cooked but the layer right under the cheese, so top layer of was way uncooked throughout the pizza. I threw it out. Yes I could have cooked it also had weird taste so I threw it out. Tried to call the main number to inform the manager. I was not looking for a refund or to be a Karen. Thought it would none to let them know that they needed to let their pizzas stay on longer or slow down the conveyor belt allowing the pizza to cook throughout. I worked for the company for a year quite awhile back as a manager and as a manager I wouldn’t have wanted to know if there was an issue so I could have a change to fix he. So back to my call. I was transferred to the order line then transferred to the store. After waiting for someone to pick up, which no one did, the phone cycles be back to ordering. This happened 3 times and no manager and no in store person picked up. I decided obviously I am not going to get a live person.. surprise.

So I came here to give a review. Didn’t want to go this route but management needs to be made aware of the issue of selling pizza with partial way undercooked dough. Not only can this affect customers but can also affect staff bcz they will lose business and...
