Tazza Glass — Local services in North Royalton

I was doing some preliminary research on glassblowing classes and finally mustered up the courage to call, as I grew up in North Royalton and had always been intrigued by this place. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.

The individual who answered the phone was incredibly rude—simply saying “hello” with no greeting, name, or courtesy whatsoever. When I tried to express how unprofessional their phone etiquette was, they hung up on me.

The owner is wonderful! We took the family to pick out their personal ornaments for 2024. We looked through his very impressive stock and found several. He also has a "seconds" section, to the untrained eye we could not see any issues and a couple of the family found their favorites there. We also purchased several of his glass candy cane's.

They are so lovely and they are not too heavy to place on the tree. We will now be making this a new Family Tradition for...

the owner/artist was friendly and cooperative, opening-up his building at a time usually closed. which turns out, is a fantastic gallery, gift shop & studio. the local artist is talented in blown glass & oil painting & has a good range of items for any price point. i visited for the 1st time & found an amazing piece, perfect for my mom's bday. i will be back, with friends & family. and will be saving up for a few i would love in...
