Jonathan has gone above and beyond helping my parents move into this apartment. We came here in March looking to move them closer to us from Newport/Morehead area. He was kind and patient and answered any questions we had. Everything has been a breeze, and they are finally settling in.

However, I will give 0 stars to the apartment “supervisor”. The day we moved my parents, my husband, along with several friends, loaded up a trailer and truck with my parents’ belongings coming from the Morehead area, and had temporarily parked the truck and trailer at their storage unit to drop some boxes off. They came into the apartment to cool off and get something to eat before proceeding to start unloading things. We heard a loud bang at the door that sounded like the police were here, and this man just opened the door and walked in like he owned the place, and was rude and condescending. He told us we needed to move the truck because it was a fire hazard (there are no signs anywhere to address this at the storage units) and continued to argue with my mother, and said, “I can show you how it’s done” and he “could do it” while 5 Marines stood in the kitchen along with myself, my mother, and my 8 year old daughter. At no time did my mother raise her voice or get nasty with him. She was trying to explain that they were about to move the truck, and he just didn’t want to hear it and kept repeating “Ma’am, Ma’am”, raising his voice and becoming more irate. My husband had his keys in his hands to move the truck, and this man continued to yell and act completely unprofessional. He then SLAMMED the door. I hope this person does not have a job here much longer, as this is a horrible way to welcome new residents at a new apartment complex. I am appalled that someone who is a “supervisor” acted with zero courtesy or respect. There is a way to talk to people and that is NOT it at all. If he did this to us, he will undoubtedly do it to other people. I’m not sure if he is on some power trip, but this put a bad taste in our mouths. Never in my life have I experienced that kind of behavior from someone, and I was a Marine and obviously have been chewed out for things, but no one has ever barged into my home and started yelling and abusing their authority in...

There are pros and cons of living here. I lived here for 12 months. I definitely recommend it if you are okay with paying 1650 for a very mid apartment. This is my experience:

Pros: -built in 2024 -nice amenities (gym, pool, golf, study, lounge) -trash service at doorstep (for a fee) -supportive management

Cons: -residents/neighbors are not conscientious of others (consistently slamming doors, fail to comply with basic community rules and standards, annoying dogs) -advertised as “luxury” but the build quality is cost-efficient and rushed (rust stains spewing out of cracks in the parking lot, multiple minor interior quality control issues that were overlooked, cheap interior design from 2005, trash scattered around exterior from initial build). -lately the overall cleanliness of amenities has declined (clubhouse isn’t cleaned, trash piling up around dumpsters, stairwells and hallways were covered in dead insects and spider webs for over a month without cleaning.) -shower is always lukewarm or cold

Overall I had a mediocre experience and look forward to finding a new home. Idk maybe...

I truly enjoy living here—this community is not only beautiful but also ideally located just a short drive from the beach, where you can even catch the ocean breeze in the summer. It’s a fantastic place for pet owners, with a spacious dog park and a friendly pet community, as well as a convenient dog wash station with a dryer. The amenities are outstanding, including a stunning pool, a well-equipped gym with the latest equipment, and the convenience of valet trash pickup.

What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional staff. From the very first phone call to the in-person tour, lease signing, and ongoing service, the team consistently provides top-notch professionalism and hospitality.
