I hope I have the right store location. As I went to the cashiers desk I was greeted by a young man named Tony, who conveyed absolute stellar customer service skills. He asked if I had found everything ok, and when I asked where I could find several items and came around the desk and to the sales floor to help show me where I could find what I wanted. Then as he was ringing me out, he kept eye contact and very engaging conversation going, asking me how my trip was and commenting on my choice of travel and entertainment, while also accommodating my purchase needs; discounts for a slightly damaged item, as well as other deals for other merchandise. He then helped me find and package several gift items for my wife, while she was with me! Right under her nose, she had no clue! He took great care of me and I will forever be a customer so long as Tony is there. Very satisfied! Tony is an exceptional employee, I have worked as a store manager for the past 8 years dealing in customer service business. I WISH I had someone like Tony on my team. Read moreClerk by name of Selena was extremely rude to me. I had two granddaughters with me. We were looking for a large youth size hoodie. She heard me asking a very nice girl near the fitting room about it. She came up with a large adult hoodie and shoved it at me. I said Excuse me, and she replied, “You started it”! What the heck did I start? No idea. We were checking out and I was telling the nice girl who was helping me about the incident because I totally didn’t understand it. Selena was listening nearby and jumped out of the clothes into the isle we were using to exit. She tried to block me. I said MOVE. She says, “Oh, that’s how it’s going to be!” I stared deep into her eyes and said MOVE again, but a bit louder. I went to proceed forward and she slightly stepped over just a bit. I walked through, turning around to my granddaughters behind me and told them it was ok and to follow me. Selena yelled something at me and we kept walking and left. Read moreJust like how others experienced, wife went in got a bikini and asked the individual at the counter if she could return it if it didn't fit, they said yes. My wife even said well maybe i should go try it on now just in case, the individual said nah no problem just bring it back for a return. Well it didnt fit, brought back and was told no refunds only exchanges for equal value which nothing in the store equated to the amount. So 1. She was kinda lied too 2. We were ripped off $1 cuase nothing equaled the same value and what was close wasn't even what she wanted( just your buy two "beach" shirts for $28.99). I was even gonna try and get a nice costa fishing shirt and if I had to pay more, i would have, nope none in my size and the lady said what's out on the floor is what they got, and walked away. And i even was looking at new costa sunglasses, kinda glad I didn't get any, hope everyone else has a better experience than we did if you adventure here.
