I am from Illinois and was visiting a friend who lives in Sneads Ferry. She took me to Scoops for ice cream. Oh my Heavens!!! The ice cream is amazing! Andrea was working that day. I got a dairy free option that was coffee flavored, and it was easily the best dairy free ice cream I have ever tried. The texture and creaminess were spot on with the dairy options everywhere else. I am so thrilled to have this little gem in...
