Napoli Cafe (Sneads Ferry) — Restaurant in North Topsail Beach

One of the best mochas I’ve tried in NC. The food and coffee was way worth the wait. The only reason I took 1 star away was due to their phone service and apparent under staff. Probably due to Covid? I don’t know. I called to pre order around 9:45am, possibly peak time and they said please hold a minute or two, as we are extremely busy, understood. I placed the phone down and started driving toward this place, they never came back on the phone. At least 10 minutes went by so i just hung up as i pulled up to their drive through window, that was very convenient by the way as i was trying to avoid the crowds. On the drive through there was at least another 10 minute wait to get to the first window to order. There was only 1 vehicle in front of me. It appeared that the same people that were on the drive through were also serving and waiting the outside tables. A very polite and caring young lady took my order and apologized about the wait over the phone, as i mentioned that they never came back on the phone but all good, she did a great job taking my order and made sure to read it back to me and confirmed. I paid and moved forward to the second pickup window. Waited about 5 minutes, they brought my coffee out and I was impressed, perfect flavor for me and extra hot how i ordered it. Another 5 minutes passed and our order of sandwiches, all paninis came out with different meats, cheeses and such. Brought it back to our condo and the whole family was extremely satisfied with the food. The lesson here and I hope it helps other customers is be prepared to wait. Happy...

We love Napoli''s Cafe! We're local and their food, all of it, is exceptional. We've run through the entire menu over the years and there's not a sour note or memory regarding any item we've tasted! The Rueben and baklava are my favorites. The salads exceed what you'd ever expect, I honestly could not improve on what is delivered through Door Dash. Homemade dressings too! Ask for extra! The cafe is so conveniently located at the end of the Food Lion parking lot and has a drive-thru window! You can't find a better wait staff. These young ladies take customer service seriously. I've also had to call to tweak a Door Dash order and each time, I've been so pleased with whoever answers the phone. Thank you for sticking around this small town, many businesses pick up and leave after the tourist season. We appreciate your loyalty to the Sneads...

This hidden gem is amazing, y'all! The food... top quality and delicious every time we eat here. The Reuben, which is without a doubt one of my favorites here, comes on your choice of sourdough or rye, both exceptional. The smoothes made to order, and they are very accommodating on special requests. I could go on and on all day about the delicious Italian Lavazza coffee, I usually have to get two of the iced coffes for me, as one seems to disappear as soon as it goes in my hand...lol. The staff is always super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. There is plenty of seating inside and a few tables outside in the front as well. Bonus... they do have a drive-through window those days that you just do not want to get out of the vehicle and go inside.
