Steak and Hoagie Factory is a great place to keep in mind for lunch and dinner. The staff is very friendly and the menu has plenty of options to keep you coming back for more. If you enjoyed The Works when it was open you will also enjoy Steak and Hoagie Factory. They use the same rolls which are really tasty. I like the buffalo chicken cheesesteak wrap (specify shredded chicken if you don’t want tenders) and they have several types of wraps available. I just ordered two Chicken Italiano’s and I couldn’t even eat it, the same with my mother’s Italiano. I never had a Chicken Italiano with grilled chicken before, but the fries which were very good but they forgot the cheese but they did credit me. I have to say I should’ve went with my first instinct which is their cheesesteaks and chicken cheesesteaks because in my personal opinion that’s their best thing on the menu they use 100% ribeye good rolls a variety of cheeses It’s definitely a solid cheesesteak! Food is decent. However, they tend to get the orders half wrong most of the time regardless of them confirming your order. Customer service on the other hand is an issue. No consistency with procedures and nothing but attitude from the girl who answers the phone. Seems as though she is too bothered to do her job. Management isn't much better. Maybe owners should think about cleaning house and starting with a fresh staff. Otherwise the current staff and management will continue to bring this place of business down.
