Manhattan Bagel — Restaurant in Northampton Township

I have always had a positive experience when coming to Manhattan Bagel. This place is always clean and the food is always fresh. I usually call in and place my order. This past Friday I called 40 minutes before they closed. Understandably at this time many of the popular bagels are sold out, which is fine with me. I asked the gentleman who answered the phone what bagels they had left. He told me 3 different flavors, none of which I would choose for a sandwich. I then asked if they had croissants and I was told no. I asked if they had English muffins but he said they don’t carry them. I told him thank you anyway. I was two minutes from the store at this point and decided I’d go in and look for something else on the menu. When I went in I saw about 5 different bagel flavors and a tray of croissants tightly covered in plastic wrap. I ordered my sandwich and asked the cashier if the croissants could be used for a sandwich. He said yes they could. I’m not sure why the man on the phone gave me inaccurate information. Maybe he had an off day.

I still plan to order food here and I would recommend it to others. In the future I hope to see the good service that...

Will never ever come here again. There is one woman with blonde hair who always works here who is never happy, always in a bad mood & she is rude. Today I decided to get a quick breakfast with my boyfriend before heading off to work. Not only was the service awful but my order was messed up, & this is not the first or second time this has happened. I can't eat American cheese, & so I obviously didn't ask for it but that's what I got smothered all over my bagel. So not only did I pay for a breakfast I couldn't eat, but I was now going to run late because I had to find something else to inhale before starting my shift. I didn't have enough time to go back in & ask for it to be remade, but I wouldn't have asked anyway because I know I would have been treated with even worse service. I understand it gets busy. I also work in the food industry. But it is every time. I rarely complain or write reviews but I couldn't help it today. I went to Wawa & ordered a sandwich. They never mess up & are always nice. I learned my lesson today. Will never go back to this...

Manhattan Bagel in Richboro is hands-down the best place for breakfast sandwiches! The bagels are always fresh, the ingredients are high-quality, and everything is made with care. Every time I come in, the food is consistently delicious and the service is quick and friendly.
