Disappointed. I brought two bracelets here that needed repair based off of Facebook recommendations. I used to bring my jewelry into the city but moved to the area and was looking for something more convenient.
The first day after getting the bracelets back one of the bracelets broke. The jump ring snapped off. They fixed it complimentary which I would expect. One of the bracelets I had a security chain added to by Glenview jewelers just broke off as well after 3-4 weeks from picking up. At this point I donāt think itās worth going back because the quality does not seem to be there so I will take my jewelry back to the city to be fixed.

Then she had the audacity to tell me that I should scrape my bracelet if it breaks again. Zero...

When I had a gold-plated necklace purchased from a department store that broke 2x I went to Lisa to see if they could recreate one for me using solid gold. It turned out exactly like the original and the cost was equivalent to what I paid for the lesser quality version at the department store. I never take it off and it's still is perfect condition and I get so many compliments on it. Now I'm prepared to start my engagement ring shopping journey and I will be booking an appointment with Lisa! :) She makes...
