-They said they were going to reschedule our appointment as we had a family emergency. Unfortunately it wasn’t really a reschedule as never put me on the list! So we showed at 12:30p and they said we cant do the rage room until 6p! We live about 1 hour away so we had to wait or “reschedule” -Finally it’s our turn and the protective clothing we had to choose from was damp with sweat from the previous customers. No wonder it was full of sweat cause there is no fan/ventilation and the rage room is in a closet type of room. -The room is already so small, yet half of it was taken up by a gigantic pile of garbage so if felt so cramped, why is there no attempt to clear out some of the junk so the next person can have the same quality experience? (check other reviews for comparison) -I might sound stupid but I wasn’t prepared for how dangerous the rage room truly was. Glass shooting up toward your face, stepping on sharp glass the entire time. This is not a complaint but more of a psa to people who are booking. WEAR THICK BOOTS 🥾 Not worth the risk. -DONT pay for 30 minutes, 15 is enough, the lack of items paired with a typical person’s stamina will not last that long even with 2 people in the room. -Ultimately we made the best out it as much as we could, Ive thought it over and I cant say I’d recommend this place. Completely dropped the ball...
Read moreBeing from out of state, I tried calling multiple times to ask some questions about rage room etc. before booking for my niece and nephew. Had no luck, so then I sent an email. Both methods were unsuccessful. I wound up finding a Groupon for the rage room and then booked the session online.
This past Saturday 3/30 afternoon I took the kids there with my sister. I mentioned to the young girl at the counter that I had tried calling for weeks and nobody ever answered the phone as well as my email. I was shocked and horrified at her response which was beyond unprofessional. She said, "Well, we usually tell people that we are not a phone company. Ummm last time I checked, you are a business! My sister even said that her company was looking to have an event there and that they have been calling as well and can never reach a person. The girl said, "I don't know, I just work here." Her age and immaturity really showed in her responses and attitude.
The rage room was very small relative to other ones that I have been to. The room was poorly ventilated, and the kids came out after 30 minutes over heated. I was surprised that there was not a plexiglass window on the outside of the room so that parents can watch.
Overall, it was nothing special and I would have been very annoyed had I paid full price for two people for 30-minutes which is...
Read moreDo not recommend the Rage room experience. Safety wear is dirty and smells bad. When you are done and sweaty, they just tell you to hang it back up for the next person, they don't wash it. We paid $130 for 2 people for 30 minutes, but had to take turns because the room is too small for two people to break things at the same time as glass flies everywhere when something breaks. They give you 2 flat monitors (how much can you really break a flat monitor?), 2 plates, about 8 cups, and a couple of porcelain bowls. We broke everything in 10 minutes, so I regret not booking 15 minutes instead. They have a BOB punching bag in the room with no weight in it, so it moves a lot when you hit it. The receptionist seemed like she hated her job. There's so much they could do with the concept, but the vibe is that they...
