If I could give 10 stars I would! I have been trying to get the computer manufacturer to repair my computer for over a year, Last time they fixed it the repair only lasted about two weeks before the screen went blank. Then they refused to answer my emails and wouldn't even tell me what they did to fix it. Today I dropped it off at N&R Communications and Neg checked it out. I received a call about 4 hours later saying it was Done!! I was expecting at least a week turnaround time but, they had it done in a matter of hours! When I arrived to pick up my computer, I asked what would it take to possibly fix my phone's charging port? I have had to use a wireless charger to charge it for the last year because the plug won't work. Neg took my phone and within a matter of 2 minutes had it working like new again!!! It took me several tries before I got the one I wanted. I had been using a MAC for almost 11 years when I realized it was time to say goodbye. The latest laptop that I got at PC is wonderful. Neal is highly knowledgeable, and keeps up on the current developments in his constantly changing industry. He recently helped me port over info to a new laptop. His prices are fair and the service is fast and reliable- and that was with a blizzard thrown in to boot. I am so glad I found him, after years of terrible service from computer company help desk staff. Neal quickly resolved issues I'd been having for over a year with the unresponsive manufacturer.
