Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Northfield

Got one of their Pizza specials pizza was fine cooked it the way we wanted it the only problem is we wanted to have the no contact but they couldn't do that because they couldn't get it right when you try to call you go through a call system if they're busy so you're not even talking to Pizza hut that's what happened to us we tried to pay for the pizza over the phone and the young lady was going to transfer us cuz she said she couldn't take a credit card got disconnected so you know what that's like we called back had someone that couldn't speak English very well they ended up hanging up on us so needless to say I had to go inside to pick up I explained what happened to the lady at the counter very pleasant apologized and explained that they don't even answer the phone there A lot of times they have an answering service and I said that is really the most unbelievable thing I've ever heard of so we got a good product and service that wasn't worth talking about it actually ruined the night for what a good pizza we had saves on the tip money couldn't get no contact that's where the tip would have came in so as far as the ordering service zero 👎👎👎 as far as the pizza order and how...

Super nostalgic walking in here. Place is clean ,food was good, people were cool. Families enjoying a meal like the old days.

One complaint.

Pizza hut IS IS IS IS those red cups. Look it up. From Google to Facebook to til tok. Those red cups make the place. They are even for sale on ebay. It's a staple of the pizza hut tradition. This is how it starts. Firsts the cups. Then another change. May sound petty however this place still thrives right now thru nostalgia If it changes I don't see people going anymore.

• to anyone complaining here about the food. Welcome to the 80s! We loved this.! You're not at the chop house! it pizza hut.!! That delicious almost undercooked pizza. Those greasy breadsticks. Them red cups with fountain soda. And a occasional mistake on your order. Go enjoy it and stop complaining. I ordered an extra order of cheesy bread sticks to go.i got home and they forgot the cheese. Big deal. Enjoy it.

the only reason I go is because aside the cups, the look feel and food is EXACTLY the same as it was then.

Worse customer service. Ive been wanting to go to a sit down Hut for a long time. Finally Me, my husband, daughter and her friend went. Me and my daughter ordered what we wanted to share. Her friend ordered her own and my husband a large Meatlovers. Well we were served except my husband. Finally we asked where it was, the waitress said it was under the warmer. We all looked confused. The waitress said it is a carry out and had to carry it out. We explained that he was going to take the rest home, as my family was talking about how much to get. The waitress wouldn't let him eat with us since it was already made sitting there under a warmer. He got real upset and told them they can keep it and walked out. So the 3 of us sat and ate, no one came back to the table. My husband is outside hungry, they probably threw out the pizza, I had to get the bill and ask for a box. They said nothing to me. But I did say he would've probably paid full price but the waitress didnt explain herself and we waited too long. My excitement of going to a sit down Hut...
