Never in my life have I felt so unwelcome, the whole time I was in the store this old woman stared me down and harassed me with "did you put that back?", "did you break that?". I was told i wasnt allowed to smell the oils they had out, even though previous people had been smelling them since I walked in (Not to mention I have been in before and have been encouraged by other employees to try some on). I have been a paying coustomer for 2 years, I've never seen this old angry red-head before. I have never had to walk out of a store in anger either, I deserve an apology for the way I was treated. This store has an AMAZING assortment of items to choose from when you're looking for a unique gift. The staff allow you to browse in peace, but are so helpful and attentive if you have a question.

Their customer service is spectacular! We had a mishap with a ring that was purchased at their store - it caught on something and broke. I no longer had the receipt, and couldn't even remember exactly when I purchased it. The owner was not at the store when I stopped in, but she called me right away the next morning to tell me she would replace the ring at no cost.

I've never been treated so rudely as a customer in my life. The lady working behind the counter used an awful tone as she watched us browse through the store. She was very rude and talked down to us and made really mean remarks. I'm in my thirties as is my sister and we visited with my niece and nephew. I will never ever go in this store again and I feel the lady working owes me and my family an apology for the way she acted.
