Horrible Horrible management about a couple weeks ago I had purchased clothes from them that I cannot fit somehow someway I did end up losing the receipt but I also made sure that I kept the tags on them I called them this morning spoke to a lady and told her Before I came in that I did not have the receipt but all the Clothes still have the tags on them if I could just return them and get store credit She said that was totally fine go into the store a young lady at the register scan the tags but for some reason it was coming up different in their computer system Different The store credit that she was trying to give me was 17.37 but on the tags that were on the items were way more money then the store credit so she called her manager the lady did speak with me but was very short and telling me that’s what It pulled up in the system so that’s what they’re going to have to give me without a receipt and I just didn’t understand if your items show that I paid way more money than what you’re trying to give me how does that make any sense mind you I also had a bank statement showing I spent $60 for the items The Manager on duty was very rude and basically told me that’s what it pulls up in the system that’s what you get without a receipt again mind you the tags show way more than what they were trying to give me store credit so I will be reaching out to corporate I do have a video and I also do have the clothes that still have tags on them horrible horrible horrible...

Very disorganized!! A complete disaster!! I couldn't believe it the first time I visited this location, felt sure it had to just be due to an extremely busy weekend, I couldn't imagine it being like that all the time! So I revisited again a while later, and nope it was not just a busy weekend because it was pretty much the same. My first visit I did not even get halfway through the store, due to searching for shoes in my size and having to move things from the floor to get from point A to point B. My second visit I spent 31/2 hours there and got through the place but things are scattered all over, a little bit of everything everywhere!! Love the store and products. But this location needs help to do justice for this...

I don't shop here very often, but it does have quite a lot of great products and bargains. Sometimes I've seen items I haven't seen in a while, or ever seen at all. So get over there and see what you might find. Hopefully it'll be something you might need. Oh, I almost forgot. Apparently they don't sell RTD bus passes like the internet said when I asked "where can I buy a RTD bus pass?". Sometimes the internet isn't always...
