The owner, or manager circled the items on the receipt I had, stapled a debit card receipt and told me I had store credit. I asked her if the store credit expired and she said no. I saved the receipt and forgot about it. Then I realized I had the receipt today in my wallet. So I walk in the store, I was going to buy 2 coats, anyway. Ive never been into clothes and fashion but walking into the store, I felt I finally found my style. I wanted some really pretty skirts so bad (pretty good price too). The fitting room is dramatically taped up like we're still in a pandemic and when I asked if they took returns, they told me no. First time shopping here and you are not able to use the fitting room. If you return item you only qualify for an exchange which is now a final sale without being able to try the clothes.
