Norwalk Taco Factory — Restaurant in Norwalk

On our way home to San Diego from Glendale stopped to get something to eat. My daughter and I wanted soup. Today's soups were pozole or menudo. My daughter ordered pozole and i wanted menudo so I asked if I could have mainly hominy n no meat if possible if not I don't want anything he said of course no problem because I told him I do not like the meat. He then asked me if I wanted pigs feet in it I said no thank you. So we get our food to go. We get in the freeway I opened up my container of menudo get it all good to eat, and disappointed as hell . First second and 3rd soup I scoop up to only check ....is ....meat meat and then at the bottom pigs feet. Everything i was told possible no no thank you to i got.. ...was disgusted and nauseated. What a waste of money and food. Very disappointed. I was looking forward to having menudo. So...

This was my first time coming here! Got invited by some friends for taco Tuesday, which I guess some weeks they have a dollar tacos which is not a bad they’re hardshell tacos and it shredded beef or ground beef and they were really good. The sauce that they had with the chips was so delicious and very authentic it wasn’t like canned salsa. You can tell everything is made well and good quality. I also Had a chocolate flan and let me tell you it was a slice of heaven!! Also Cat the manager there goes above and Beyond to make sure you have the best experience. She is a light to that place I thought she was the owner at first seeing how well she takes care of her guests. Who ever the owner is needs to give her a raise there are not many ppl like Cat, especially in this business. Will be coming again to try different items...

We love Norwalk Taco Factory and Manager Michael! Michael provides phenomenal customer service and is extremely attentive. The two times we’ve been to the restaurant Michael has an always recommended something new to try and it’s been delicious. The food is superb! The carne asada tacos are amazing, the ceviche and the shrimp cocktail are delicious, and the chips, salsa, and guacamole are on point. There fresh homemade tortillas are the best we’ve ever had. We really like the laid back ambience, comfortable seating, and the large TVs. We will be frequent customers thanks to Michael’s friendliness and great customer service, and of course the delicious food! We highly recommend...
