Where do I even start? Well, let me just say that Factory Underground Studio is a gem!! The most amazing venue that I to date have hosted an event at. If you want a VERY spacious venue that is charming, rustic, vintage, and truly hip, then look no further. We just hosted my sisters surprise 40th birthday here and every single one of my guests raved about the place. Let's take it back to the inquiry phase. From the moment I reached out to Amy, she was so helpful, pleasant, and available always. Every single staff member I spoke to throughout the 3 months of planning truly demonstrated impeccable customer service. They went the extra mile (and i mean the extra mile) to ensure that all my desires were met. If I needed something, they accomodated, no questions asked. On the day of the party Amy and a few staff members even helped me set up tables, set up my backdrop wall, clean up, you name it! They treated me with nothing but kindness and I truly could have not asked for more. You will not regret having your next event at Factory Underground Studio. The possibilities are endless there and I promise Amy and the staff will help you make your vision come alive to hosting the most perfect event!!! Thank you Amy and staff. You will be seeing me in the future for sure!! I am actually sad that my event is over and I am looking for excuses to host another...

I am Super excited to have found this spot. I had recently moved to CT from Boston about a year in a half ago. By trade I am an IT Engineer, by heart and soul I am a Producer/Artist/DJ. There is a ton of free learning material on the internet which is AMAZING, don't get me wrong. The issue with that is I am a visual-hands on learner and online material is all over the place, which makes learning that much more difficult for me. Although they do not offer financial aid as of yet, they do work with students that are committed to doing the work and what you will learn, from what I've seen, will surely pay for itself. I will definitely be taking advantage of their classes as well as their space to refine the knowledge and skills that I've learned so far. In doing so, I trust and hope that I will be able to meet some amazing people which in turn will lead to some amazing creations.
