I was first introduced to this bakery by a friend who shared of their enjoyment of a cookie they had. So, I searched the site and was pleasantly impressed with the design of the website, the various types of gourmet cookies, and the discount offers to new customers! I placed my first order in early July and made the trip to pick it up (45-minute commute to establishment). When I arrived, the presentation wowed me! The cookies were placed in a vividly, fun-colored box and adorned with a bow! I couldn't wait to return and consume each cookie. Every cookie was delectable! They were soft baked, flavorful, and true to its unique name! I was ready to place another order for one of my favorites but unfortunately, I learned that some cookies are featured until the last batch. Once sold out, the cookie is no longer available and will be reintroduced the following year. That was a disappointment. So, when the next featured cookie was presented, I learned from my previous experience and placed a larger order so I may freeze the cookies and enjoy at my convenience. Each cookie description is so appealing and drives me to place another order! Not only are the cookies delicious, in addition, the owner partners with the local community to be a blessing to those in need by donating a portion of the proceeds of cookies purchased to assist in a community outreach effort! And, the owner has an incredible story of how she started her business. After reading her story from the site, her and her story has continued to inspire me to fulfill my own goal. With every visit to the bake shop is a motivating force to stay focused! Since July, I have placed seven orders! They have created a cookie monster! The cookies are well worth the commute, time, price, and plan (placing larger orders before cookies sell out)! And, the exceptional level of customer service received is above and beyond.
