My fiancé took the day off from work to bring his father down here for passport renewal. It was an hour drive. On the website, it is advertised that they do passport renewal. It is also advertised that they open at 9am. My fiancé and his father arrived here before 9 am on a Monday morning. They waited 45 minutes before someone arrived to the building. The lady arrived at 9:30am and told them that they don’t do passport renewal anymore. If that’s the case, why is it advertised on your website?
