We just bought our second amazing bed from Jeff and Andre at Kleinsleep. We had our prior bed for probably 15 years and we were really ready for a new mattress as it was completely sagging in the middle and it was causing me daily back and shoulder pain. It had served us well over its life, and was not an overly expensive bed, but as we are getting older we started to consider the value of investing in our sleep, which when you think about it is a huge part of everyday life. We started the long process of researching beds, looked at all the big brand names and although we narrowed it down to a couple of possibilities, nothing was quite right. We didn't LOVE anything and really wanted to love our new bed, especially if we were going to pay a decent amount for it. In the process of learning about mattresses we were really turned off by the chemicals some companies put into mattresses and the harmful materials they sometimes use. We then started looking at more natural mattresses which were appealing. All-in-all we were basically getting nowhere, but as luck would have it, one day, I was in CT visiting family (I am from out of state). I happened to pull into Kleinsleep's parking lot for a conference call. When done, I thought, oh, a mattress store - maybe I will see what they have. The storefront is unassuming, and I didn't know what to expect when I went in. What I found, is that this store is completely different than anywhere we have ever been. These guys know their stuff, they are patient, they explain everything and they do not pressure you. I will say that long story short it was that day that I discovered the bed that changed our sleeping lives! We ended up getting a Carpe Diem bed which is from Sweden, and is only sold in a couple of locations in the entire country. I mean - this is a bed. All natural, insanely comfortable, and even customizable for our different sleep preferences. The entire process was easy and we LOVE our new bed!!! Jeff gave us an amazing deal, and absolutely made sure everything was perfect. If we had a question, he was there. If we had something that needed a resolution, he solved it. Jeff went way above and beyond. Fast forward a year - we are so happy with our mattress we still talk about how much we love our bed almost daily! We recently ended up needing a second bed for another room and went back to Jeff for suggestions. Although we knew we couldn't spend the same amount we had spent on our original mattress, we thought that Jeff might have some ideas. Jeff, creative as he is, ended up meeting all of our needs and giving us the PERFECT solution. We are now the very happy owners of a second mattress from Kleinsleep! I guess Jeff is now our official "bed dealer" and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a quality mattress!!! Do not understand good reviews for this store. We left a $1000 deposit and Anthony made an appointment to come to our condo to verify mattress fitment. We canceled dinner plans to be home for this. He was a no show and did not even call to let us know he was not coming. He left a voicemail the next day with lame excuses about leaving the store early and something about not being able to phone. Be warned. Maybe the previous reviews were friends and family. Update today 2/25/2019. I went in to the store this morning to return a mattress cover that was a gift for our order. Since we were canceling we wanted to return this in good faith. Beware, when I entered the store a large black dog approached with no attendant in sight. Scarey. I immediately left the mattress cover inside near the front door and hurriedly exited as the dog appeared aggressive. I am allergic to dogs. Beware if you go to this store. Should a dog be left unattended in a store?. The salesperson (named Anthony) called me on 2/26/19 and proceeded to call me disgusting because I wanted to cancel when he did not show up to call or reschedule the day of the appointment. He was extremely insulting and when I requested a refund of my deposit, since no service or merchandise was provided, he said that I have to come and face him first at the store. I am a senior citizen and this type of veiled threat is concerning. 2/27/19 - The owner Jeff called and offered a refund or discount. We took the refund as we do not trust the salesperson and his poor reaction to his own mistakes. We feel that the salesperson should not profit from his errors and...

AWESOME! Not only have we purchased all of our mattresses here because they’re the best, but the staff here is incredible. They are kind, knowledgeable, and take the time with you to make sure you are happy when you leave. The quality of their mattresses is wonderful and they have a great selection of organic products. Jeff, the owner, was also more than willing to participate in a charity project we were doing for the Circle of Care organization. Circle of Care comes alongside families whose children have been diagnosed with cancer and they provide both financial and emotional support during unthinkable circumstances. One of the facets of the organization is providing room makeovers for these children so they can have a cozy, safe, and happy place to come home to and recover in. We were conducting a room makeover for a child in the community and we needed all new furniture, including a bed. A mattress alone could have completely eaten up our entire budget. Jeff jumped at the opportunity to help us! He made it a special experience by welcoming our child into his store to choose from several beds he set aside and delivered the one chosen the day of our makeover. We are so appreciative for Kleinsleep’s generosity and support of their community and we will continue to buy ALL of our beds at Kleinsleep...
