Pineapple Fried Rice is Amazing!!!! So here is my story: I just start a new job and its finally my lunch time. So my friend that also works with me suggested a variety of places/foods to eat in CT (I'm from NY) near the job- Pizza(No), Subway(No), Sushi(Not Really)...So then he says "How about Thai Food"? I say "I've never had that before, Sure!" So i look through the menu and i saw a lot of tasty looking food that i have never heard of. Then I stumble upon something that was innovative called Pineapple fried rice (w/ chicken or shrimp both fantastic). I think to myself, i like pineapples and i also like fried rice....why not try it! So i order it for delivery and they arrive lightning fast. The delivery guy then says $16 dollars please. I think to myself, I thought I ordered fried rice why is it so pricey( when i ordered the next day I realized there is an extra charge for either shrimp or chicken). So i gave them the money and head to my desk to eat my lunch. First thought was wow this is a lot of food and it smells great! After taking a bite or two or maybe even three, I posted it my Snap Chat (its an app on my phone for Social media old timers) about how good it was. Super amazing readers (Disclaimer: I've only had Pineapple Fried Rice so I'm not sure about their other food but I'm pretty sure it taste great as well) Thanks...
Read moreWe picked up food on a Saturday night. Small but cute restaurant. We shared Summer Rolls and Curry Puff Chicken. Both were delicious. We also ordered bubble tea, which is more like a slushie. We didn’t enjoy that. Maybe great during a 90 degree + day but it was in the 40s in November. I never had bubble tea served like that and it certainly wasn’t worth the $7.50 we paid for each. That was disappointing. We also ordered Kao Soy Noodle. While the curry served with the dish was delicious the egg noodle itself was lacking in flavor. I thought the egg noodles would be sautéed but that wasn’t really the case. They served everything separately which is great so nothing would be soggy . However the noodles were lacking any flavor. Even though I left the noodles to soak in the curry for a few minutes the noodles still were tasteless. I would definitely order the Yellow Curry if I came here again. Hubby ordered Pad Thai which he enjoyed and used the curry to top the Pad Thai and that took it up a notch. I’d definitely get the yellow curry but as an entree wjth rice of course if I were to...
Read moreIf I had the option of rating this place 0 stars I would jump to it. Their drivers are really rude and when you place an order over the phone the people who work there don't even understand what you are saying! I ordered the fried fish with extra sauce. My whole family only eats with sauce. Instead of extra sauce they gave me less then half of the container with sauce. The amount we payed for the dinner they could have at least given us a decent amount of sauce. We were already upset over the sauce when we opened the fish container there was a long piece of HAIR in between it. That just killed our dinner. During this pandemic they should at least try to have the employees wear hair nets and gloves. When we called the driver he talked so rudely like he didn't care. We want a refund. If you are reading this take your business else where because this has happened to us every time we order something. If you do order then do it online. Over the phone they are really rude. I will for sure never order at this...
