A few nights ago, while heading home, we stumbled upon Rico Peru by chance and decided to stop in for dinner. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere. Diana, in particular, stood out with her attentiveness, constantly checking to ensure everything was just right.

This is by far the worse experience I've had in Norwalk. Apart from a rude, hostile servicer, I was lied to stating the lunch menu was no longer offered. She then proceeded to ask a different customer if they wanted to order from the "lunch menu". She told that they pay for the ice in my water and that in the refill I wouldn't be given any ice as I "didnt pay" for tap water.
