Ordered my pizza from the Norwalk location at 5:38 PM and my order arrived to me at 7:20 PM. I paid almost $46 for a large pizza and mozzarella sticks because I figured since my mother and I had no food, I would use the last of what I had to order us something. Mind you its her BIRTHDAY! When the driver came he didn't follow clear instructions to call my phone when he is downstairs so I could meet him but something in me said go check. I saw him asking a girl for directions and I flagged him down. He apologized and I wasn't mad at him at all. First, he tried to tell me it wasn't my order and I told him it was. Then, he tried to bully me into tipping him, but I didn't have it to give again....THIS MONEY WAS MY LAST AFTER BILLS! After opening my food, the pizza was lukewarm like it was just sitting there all day and they heated it up and my mozzarella sticks look like they were not cooked, fried, nothing. Then when I called back to let them know what happened and especially with the driver, the woman on the phone told me that the drivers make their living off tips instead of apologizing for his attitude. Then I told her my food was cold she puts me on hold saying that she will see what they can do, then gets back on the phone to tell me that my food can't be cold. Not only did I loose my appetite, but I was also pissed with the lack of accountability and their failure to rectify the situation. I was forced to retire from working food service and hospitality on and off for 8 years and I know in food service from some annoying managers i had to work with that the customer is always right and loosing customers is the last thing a food service business wants. Mind you I am still new to the area and to be honest this is the worst experience I had living in Norwalk thus far. I had to apologize to my mom on her birthday for even ordering from this place. The other night we placed an order and I mentioned I'd like to use a coupon in the menu to get 2 large pizzas for $20. After eating I reviewed our bill and noticed they'd only taken $4.98 off my bill instead of the $7.98 as advertised. When I called to complain, I got a lot of attitude from them. First they told me that they no longer use those coupons. I pointed out that the exp date was Nov. 30th. He offered me $5 off the next time, but I wasn't really sure how'd that would work. He then starting getting angry and said "what do you want me to do...bring you $5?" I was really disappointed in how it was being handled. Finally he offered to cancel our previous charge and run it through correctly...what he should have done from the start. In the meantime I realized that the coupon also said free delivery and we'd been charged for the delivery too. When I brought that up to them, he got even more angry.
