Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Norwalk

I wish I could leave a ZERO. That's what they deserve. Placed a phone order for a deep dish / extra cheese pizza for carryout. When I placed the order, I was VERY SPECIFIC about what I wanted on it. I said EXTRA CHEESE ONLY. NOTHING ELSE.

Get there, and first off they got my name wrong. Not that big of a deal but indicative of the overall quality of service. Second thing they bombed, is they got my pizza TOTALLY WRONG. I asked for EXTRA CHEESE ONLY. I was given a pizza with PEPPERONI.

So I take it back inside, put it on the counter, and...once again, I was VERY SPECIFIC...I said "I ordered a pizza with EXTRA CHEESE ONLY. This pizza has PEPPERONI on it. I don't want pepperoni, I ONLY WANT EXTRA CHEESE."

So they remake it. AGAIN. And what do they do? Get it completely wrong. AGAIN. A THIRD TIME!!!!! Once again, PUTTING PEPPERONI ON IT WHEN I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM NOTHING BUT EXTRA CHEESE.

And the final act of this top-shelf store? No apology. The guy goes into the register, takes out what I paid, and says "Have a nice day." dismissively and rudely.

I'm not sure I've ever seen such rudeness or incompetence in a business before. It will be the last time I ever patronize this business. There are many pizza shops in Norwalk. I recommend choosing ANY OTHER PLACE BUT THIS. They deserve to not be in...

Absolutely incredible and let me tell you, David Mellon is potentially the greatest fast food employee ever. He saw that my grandmother was being attacked by a pack of wild dogs in the parking lot, he ran out and scared the wild dogs away before healing my grandmother of her wounds with a spiritual magic. I asked him about it but he insisted he should never speak of it. I didn’t question him further, instead I placed my order. I purchased an Italian Cheesy Bread and a Stuffed Crazy Crust Pizza with some buffalo ranch on the side. Each bite of the Italian Cheesy Bread was like a symphony playing the most beautiful piece of music in my mouth. Have been here before and it was great. Was not to fond of the current staffing tonight! Dude in charge was very rude and condescending! Sorry not everyone knows how to use the code that is emailed. The store wasn't busy and this could have been an opportunity to explain how their system works, but instead all I got was attitude!
