I hate having memory loss, I record audio of my entire day, everyday. Because that is my disability, this is how I remember.

Then when I go back and listen to all my recorded days, it makes me sick to listen to what others have to say OR how they are acting.. because conversations and statements that can be "missed" in normal day to day ... are not missed by me, Because how l "keep my memory" Records dating all the way back to 2016 when I lost my memory...thousands and thousands of hours of recording, of my day to day life. Close to 68,000 hours.

It is then when I realize who the snakes are and who are not.

This place nothing but snakes.

I can't put in words how utterly wrong this establishment is, They act like they wanna help you to your face, But how they all act behind your back is different, How they talk about eachother meaning about the other staff, how the staff talks about the customers, the conversations and statements are just disgusting...

So much hideous behavior.

I would never return my business to this location, even after 10+ years of support to this specific location...

Even if my life depended on it, I will never do business here...

I recently bought a TV from here. It was not tested before I left the store mind you. After takin it home the TV did not work so of course I returned it. I took the TV back explained it wouldn't turn on so they said they would issue me a refund. That's fine. Well as I'm leaving my phone goes off instead of issuing a refund they took more money out of my account that I honestly couldn't afford. I go back show them their mistake told them they legit just took my bill money and all they could say to me is you'll have your money in 3 ta 5 days. The MONEY SHOULD OF NEVER BEEN TAKEN OFF MY CARD! WHY NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK ON THE SPOT! I'm in no way...

They are not really a pawn shop, just a store that buys things for much less than they are worth.. However, in all fairness the stuff they sell is pretty darn cheap, well some of it. I was looking to get rid of a ring, literally I paid $1,000 for from a jeweler in the mall less than a year ago, and they offered me $130 for it. They would probably turn around and sell it easy for 700+... I understand you got to make a profit, but making such sad offers to customers is kinda bad for your image. I'll more than likely go back though, they do have good deals. Good store if you're in REALLY tight spot and...
