I am still experiencing the worst customer service from in store and customer service. I ordered a pair of pants (in store) to be shipped to the store because my size wasn’t available. I never received an email (later found out sales associate spelled it wrong). I showed up 3 times to the store within 2 weeks of buying the pants and asked the manager if there was a way of checking in the back to see if my order was there, I told her I never received an email. She said then there is no point in checking because I would get an email stating my item shipped and because of the holidays it could take up to 2 weeks. I needed them for New Year’s Eve, and when I didn’t get them by then I told the manager I didn’t even want the pants and asked if they would be sent back to the warehouse upon not being picked up and if I would get my money back, after not checking to see if my order was in the back 3 times she proceeded to tell me orders were not sent back to the warehouse and I would not get my money back unless I went into the store and picked them up and returned them (which I can’t do because they won’t even go back and check on my order). She said I needed to take it up with customer service. Upon chatting with customer service a sales representative told me the pants should have been sent back to the warehouse and I should receive a refund within 7-14 business days. It has now been over a month, I keep calling and all they tell me is that I can receive a store credit. Which I don’t want because I never wish to shop at Zara again, when asking for a manager representative they keep pushing me off and that no manager is available to get to the phone. No one knows where the pants are, I don’t want store credit. Who resolved this issue if even customer service is...
Read moreNot good at all. Very disappointing. Workers except the kids section and disorganized. One worker I asked for a shoe size checked on her portable machine if the size I was looking for was available, told me yes and went to get it said would come back but never returned for 15 mins I waited.
Had to go up to her in front of the store where she told me it was no longer available as if I'd have guessed. Then the dress shw was also helping me with she said 3 of thr sizes I was looking for were available and the one I had was ripped. She looked alittle bit and gave up.saying the was nothing but I looked for it because I wanted it and I found it.
Now the dress is a beautiful design. U can't try on clothes in the store yet. I got home wrap tie was tying but loosening because of the polyester material used. Calling it silk but it wasn't anything close. I usually don't buy stuff from Zara only a few times if I like the fashion but I always end up making adjustments as I can do fashion as well. Well I wouldn't recommend anyone for quality clothing there just for photo shoot or one day thing and just keep it in the closet....
Read moreI recently visited this location. I had purchased 3 shirts and 2 pairs of sweat shorts. I was not paying close attention to what the cashier was doing when facilitating the purchase. But I did check my receipt after the purchase was complete while I was walking out of the store.
To my surprise, an extra shirt was on my receipt for ~50$. The SKU code was completely different from the three shirts that I had purchased. This lead me to believe the cashier tried to take advantage of me not paying attention to him scanning the items I had purchased and must've scanned an "extra" item for himself. Very sketchy!!! Beware!!
The manager did correct the issue, but the fact that the extra item's SKU number did not match any of the items I purchased was very odd! (I would understand if it was a duplicate scan, but since that was not the case it left me with the presumption above).
This was my first in-person visit to a ZARA since there are limited locations in Connecticut. After this experience I will continue my ZARA...
