Good morning. I wanted to write this review last night but was so so tired. I would like to thank Joe he and his staff made my evening wedding last night so so special. I went into the jewelry store told Joe I wanted a pre husband gift to give my new husband before we got married. I wanted a gold chain and he helped me make it happen. When my husband received a knock at the door with his very special gift it was amazing. He love the gold chain and it was just amazing so important to me to have that special gift. My girlfriend and I went to Kay Jewelers to look for engagement rings (not expecting to buy). We worked with Maddie, she was so great to work with. Extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the ring and helped us learn what setting would work best with my girlfriend’s job. Unlike many sales representatives, Maddie never made us feel pressured into purchasing nor did she make us feel like any questions we asked were silly. My girlfriend found a ring that she fell in love with and we bought it that day! Let me start off by saying I live in Waterbury and I drove to Kay jewelers in Norwalk because I work out there and I read up on the reviews and I read very nice things about Joe. When I got to the store I was upfront with Joe about buying a ring for my husband that needed to be in roughly 2 weeks he guaranteed me the ring before my wedding day he went above and beyond and drove to Waterford in the pouring rain to make sure I have my ring in time. He definitely keeps his promise and follows threw even though I was freaking out and worried about weather the ring is going to arrive in time because it was the day before.
