Read moreNormally I have a decent experience... BUT today I stopped in to grab a few things and I was going to purchase some lottery tickets from guest services. There was no on at the desk, so I asked the man at the catering station and he went to find someone. Then a rude lady approached me and ask how she could help and I explained I just needed to purchase something from lottery... she looked at me and said the woman was on break and it would be a while... no one covers the desk at guest services during breaks and lunches... she then stated "is that it?" And proceeded to walk off as if I the customer wasn't even present... just terrible customer service....
