The Hilliard store has poor costumer service. I use this store because it is closer to home, however they don't even a knowledge you when you go in. Today I called to inquiere about the dog food in a specific size bag, I purchase the same thing every 6 weeks, and after being placed on hold for 9 minutes someone came to the phone, asked if I was still there and proceeds to hang up. I called right back and they didn't even let me get a word in and said :"yea yea I know, Natural ballance, hold on" and put me on hold yet again. I have visited the Lane Ave. Location and the experience is completely different.I decided to hang up and not wait another 9 min. I called the Lane ave. store was on the phone for 2 min. and that location is holding the bag of food for me. Simple,...

I usually go to Pet People, but thought I'd give this place a try. The employee was very friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of food/toy options for my cat. They also had some cool extra shtuff that I'll definitely consider getting later!

Their loyalty program doesn't require a punch card and you don't need to buy 12 bags within a year for your free 13th. Great for me because I forget my wallet at home all the time (thanks, Samsung Pay) and only have one cat.

I adopted my sweet Siberian Husky mix from the dog shelter last week and his coat was BADLY matted. Poor guy was in rough shape, but the groomer Greer at this location worked some serious magic on him! She was so sweet and gentle with him since she knew it was his first time ant a groomer. She was really knowledgeable about the specifics of what his coat will require as far as care moving forward. Best of all, she was able to save his coat from having to be shaved. He looks like a whole new dog now, and he is good friends with Greer. You can tell she is very passionate about what she does and cares so much about her pup-customers.
