I submitted 3 files to be printed, planning to pick up on way to an overnight bridge damage repair over a freeway. I was late because of the 20+ minutes I spent at the store trying to fix their mistakes. I printed a set of plans and selected 11"x17", so I could read all the small print. They printed on 11x17 paper, but the image was hardly much larger than the 8.5x11 sheets that were the reason I needed larger prints. They said it was illegible at that size but I've printed these files at our office and that's NEVER been an issue. EVERY SINGLE SHEET was out of order, mixed together with the other files and/or upside down. I had to spend 15 minutes free ordering and flipping the pages. One file with mixed 8.5x11 and 11x17 sheets had all the small sheets printed large (I had no legible with this and understood the mixed sizes would cause this), but the large ones were printed small and in portrait mode on landscape oriented paper. Even worse, the 11x17s were supposed to be color but were black and white. They offered to reprint these last 4 sheets correctly, but it took well over 10 minutes because they couldn't seem to get their printer to work. Printing 34 sheets in 3 files cost $54. This was an urgent need for work and on expense account. However, I now know I would NEVER use them for personal printing. In fact, should I ever have a similar need, you can be sure I'll...
Read moreKeep in mind, UPS Store is not the same as UPS, UPS Store is a franchise. That being said, UPS completely flubbed my signature required delivery, they never showed up at my door while I was home that morning and sitting right by the door waiting (losing 1/2 day work). The UPS Trabue customer center is permanently closed; as I rarely get packages due to the abysmal delivery of UPS, I didn't realize that, so I turned to UPS Store for help. This store was amazingly helpful, sensitive to my dilemma (my item was an irreplaceable hand-made/sewn birthday item shipped from Washington state) and answered so many questions that UPS just isn't there to handle. Thanks to the Store, I was able to figure out how to reroute my item to the Store after UPS claimed to have come (no knock, no post-it on my door, contractors parked by my building didn't see the UPS truck either!); however, UPS charges for reroute, which UPS should've footed (not the first time they've flubbed a delivery to my townhome). Nonetheless, UPS Store was the lifesaver and had excellent customer service; it's a pity they use "UPS" in their store name since their service is excellent and the company delivering to them (UPS) is abysmal for customer service. Highly recommend UPS Store and am very grateful for their assistance; a total of 4 different employees assisted me over a 2 day period and each one 5-star...
Read more12/23: Would give 0 stars if I could. The woman with blonde curly hair needs to really watch the way she speaks to customers, especially with her being in a leadership role. Talking down to customers is not a cute look and makes your store look really bad. Also, if you're that unhappy with your job? Quit. Don't take it out on others, we're not forcing you to keep that job. Lastly, you refused service to me first on Monday because you didn't feel like assisting and told me to come back today, so I did. You asked your new hire to "handle me" because you still did not want to help me for whatever reason, but he had to ask for your help anyways according to him because he was brand new. Then you told me that you weren't going to give me a receipt today then told me to take my shipment elsewhere because you're once again refusing to help (but still wouldn't state why). You should be extremely careful about what you say and how you say it to others because you never know what kind of power they have. Unluckily for you, I know a lot of people in power that work for UPS and will be contacting them to come handle this woman. Luckily I got all of today's interactions on camera and I can't wait to show the video to the appropriate people to ensure that this doesn't ever...
