DXL Big + Tall — Local services in Norwood

Was there shopping for various outfits today for a new job. Very nice and modern looking store. It feels a little smaller than others. But it's a nice store.

The staff (2 guys in the store today) were perfectly polite and nice but weren't too helpful. Pretty much just asked what I was looking for when I walked in, walked me to the first item, and then never asked me if I needed anything else. I did ask one of the guys a question as to whether they had any other styles or sizes of an item. He just told what they had was on out on the floor and walked away.

Again, they very polite. Didn't feel like they were rude. But they weren't that helpful. Just bought a couple of shirts and pants and then decided to finish my shopping at the Princeton Pike street DXL.

The service was night and day there. They did an awesome job at the other one. I felt a little disappointed by...

Sara at the DXL in Rookwood Commons was super awesome!! I came in a few minutes before closing to do some last minute Christmas shopping and she helped me find everything I was looking for and then some, even after the store was technically closed. She didnt rush me at all and did everything she could to make sure I got what I needed. My dad is going to have a really great Christmas Holiday in large part because of Sara! I'll definitely be coming...

I spend most of my time in a work uniform. I shopped here for a little something nicer. The staff was accommodating and courteous, prices were reasonable considering my company pays for most of my wardrobe and it was nice to buy something for me...
