I completed application for a refi in November of 2021. Bob Winters was my contact person. Within 3 weeks the process moved so smoothly that the appraiser completed his work by thanksgivings. Through email, Bob confirmed next step to take place through December. In January I made contact with Bob via email to check on status of application. He said he was looking into it. From January- March , 2022, I emailed Bob several times. I called for his supervisor , only to be consistently patched into his voicemail. I sent messages through the document portal, which had 5 other people on it that could have responded. This man never responded to any or my efforts. US Bank never responded on his behalf and till this day , I have not heard a word regarding my application or what has become of my information.
