I am a 2026 bride and just started my journey for wedding dress shopping. I visited True Society on April 11,2025, with my grandmother , aunt , best friend, and bonus mom because I didn't know exactly what I wanted. I'm a faithful watcher of say yet to the dress on TLC and knew that this day could be overwhelming and stressful because everyone has an option as to how toy should look. THANK GOD, I was paired with Danny.. he allowed me to be myself asking all the right questions and paying attention to my body language instead of the peanut gallery, lol. He took his time explaining the styles and even took into consideration my budget as I didn't want to break the bank for a dress I'm only going to wear for one day.. I thought that for my first visit to a bridal boutique, I would not find my dress. However, at the last minute, Danny had a dress that was still hanging up next to my dressing room. With 10 minutes left, I asked if I could try the dress on as I knew he had another bride coming in.. He did not hesitate and said, "Let's do it." We put o. The dress and it fit perfectly. THIS WAS MY DRESS. On my first visit, i found my dress. The good thing about this experience was that Danny did not pressure me into trying to sale me something I didn't love, he also allowed another young lady that worked there who may have been new assist (Love good team work) and when talking about payment it was between me and him not the whole family.

I know this is a long post, but I feel like people need to know the truth when you get a customer service experience that is worth bragging about.

I also wanna add the boutique is beautiful and it reminds me of a smaller Kleinfelds of NY.. if you know you know.. lol

This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was the center of attention. The person who helped me was Danny, and he was absolutely amazing—professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. The entire experience was unforgettable. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, very clean, and it easily accommodated my entire party. I truly felt like I was in the best hands. The management team was also friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed.

I can not recommend this bridal store enough! My first shoutout I want to acknowledge is Heather. She is simply amazing. I talked to her for about 20 minutes on the phone before my appointment about my unforeseen situation and how much anxiety I was having. She assured me that we would figure it out and she wanted to alleviate any stress I was having with a dress even if it was from a different store! She has worked with me multiple times now and she is truly an angel to talk to. My second shoutout is Maura who was my bridal consultant. She was SO excited for me and all of my dress picks. She answered any questions I had, was very knowledgeable and very much a girls girl! She never pressured me into anything and truly made me feel in control of my appointment. Truly another angel on this earth. I have never felt more at ease, more welcomed and important at any other bridal store.
