07-04-2024 - update - i was a 100% loyal customer of this shop up until today. i will NEVER step foot into this shop again! i had purchased two (2) vapes a couple days before and i opened one this morning and i went to take a puff and it wasn't working. i tried again. still nothing. i said to myself, what's the problem here? i tried one last time and nothing. the blue light on the bottom was blinking. it wasn't a rechargeable vape, so i figured it was a faulty vape. i called the store and explained my situation to the guy who answered the phone and he told me to stop by and to bring the vape with me and he would give me a new one. even though i have been dealing with back issues that leave me barely able to walk, i got into my vehicle and drove over there. i got there and went inside and i told him that i was the person that called about the vape not working. he took it out of the box and packaging and started to inspect it. he then told me that it had been used and showed me why, which i understood, but it wasn't used by me. i tried explaining that to him, but he didn't want to hear it. i told him to just throw it out being it was of no use to me. as i was walking to the door to leave he tried to call me back saying that he would do a one time courtesy for me. i said, no thank you and left. i'm just beside myself that he didn't believe me. i even told him, i have no reason to lie about it. he just didn't want to listen to me. anyway. it's been a pleasure doing business with you. i'll be going down the street from now on. be well.
12-29-22 - update - i just realized that i have been going here for at least a year now and the customer service remains the same, a+! the inventory has definitely expanded and it's amazing! huge thanks to laith for being so knowledgeable and making great suggestions!

I bought a vape that had dead insects inside I even ended up swallowing one before realizing what was happening. When I took the brand new device back to show the seller, he brushed me off completely. His excuse? That “ants are attracted to sugar,” as if that explained roach looking bugs coming out in pieces. What shocked me even more was that he refused to refund me the $20. Didn’t know $20 would hurt a business like that, especially from someone who’s supported them for so long.
