So I have been coming for a few years now. I always seem to be having a good time when I come here and the food was always good when I ordered the usual pastas and sandwiches. However, this past Sunday was a different experience that I honestly will never forget and will make me rethink visiting here. Here's mine and my friends order: Ultimate Nachos Cuban Sandwich Chicken Wrap Brunch Panini (if I'm not mistaken) Gyro Steak Wrap Pink Lemonade and soft drinks
Pros: The girl who served us was excellent, she did her job in the best capacity possible and her attitude was friendly and very comforting when it came to our orders. The Cuban sandwich, Gyro and Nachos were simply amazing, cooked well and assembled perfectly, only critique for the cuban is to keep the pickle slices consistently as the had vertical AND horizontal slice so it was uneven when biting. Not major, but keep that in mind. The drinks were great as well and had no issues on refills as the waiter was excellent at making sure we were good. Also the sweet potato fries were delish and the coleslaw was as close to the KFC recipe as possible which made me very happy.
Cons: Firstly, the manager (? not sure if they were or not, didn't present themselves AT ALL) was a rude pos who came to my table DEMANDING why i turned back 2 of the meals and had them replace the Breakfast sandwich as the eggs were overcooked (possible prepreped and heated), and the bacon was bland and tasted cheap and strange and had the waitress order a gyro in replacement. I also told the "manager" to take back the steak wrap as it was the most blandest steak I've ever tasted even though the steak was cooked medium rare, it had no sear and was cooked to the bare minimum with no seasonings. Also the feta cheese was bland and wasn't fresh as it was soggy and not very salty, sign of outdated or not well packed/stored cheese. The Manager didn't take to my critiques too well as the walked away and didn't bother to apologize for anything and told the waitress to take the wrap and bfast sandwich off my bill. That's a person who needs to develop a spine and take critiques when they came to the table and demanded I explain why myself. They need to learn how to help their staff grow and do right by the customer and take responsibility like a man should. I honestly lost my appetite from the whole ordeal.
Lastly, the Chicken Ceasar wrap was good but it failed in 2 stages: the ceasar sauce is either homemade and tasted bizarre because it was an in house recipe or not ceasar sauce at all because it had a very unique and vinegar flavor I'm not used to. Also the wrap was missing a crucial ingredient: parmesan cheese. It needed the cheese to make the wrap edible for me and my friend who ordered it.

At one time this location was a great place to eat but recently within the last 2 years it has gone downhill. First the prices have gone up anywhere from 30 to 40% clearly taking advantage of the pandemic. The quality of their service has declined 100% . I don’t mind paying an increase if I’m getting quality service and great food but I’m sorry it can’t endorse neither of the two . We Placed an order and the order was given to us missing portions of the order and when we called to advise them upon getting home to our surprise their answer was we didn’t order what was missing .so for a French Toast (3 pieces of bread) it costs $9 a side of sausage (2 pieces) is $5 and two platters with eggs that come with hash browns that come with it was $9 we asked for bacon with the two platters and the bacon was missing from both platters and an order of kids chicken fingers everything totaled $47 . I’m sorry to say but These people are rude and don’t deserve steady customers they’re nothing like the original owner. They are a disgrace .

Read moreI am extremely disturbed by my experience with this diner. I ordered through diner dash and the diner did not put cheese on my salad. Long story short the diner would do nothing to rectify the issue.I was hung up on 3 times,I had to call 5 times. There was no offer to fix it. It cost me 23 bucks for a salad I am unsatisfied with. I will never eat here again. I had my phone on speaker and 2 if my co workers heard the entire multiple exchanges and they both were shocked at the rudeness. So 3 customers lost. If you eat here, beware, in the event you get your food wrong, expect to be berated and disregarded.
Furthermore, In response to your answer to my review , the cheese is not the issue. The issue is the attitude and the lack of interest you have in your customer and in your product .You seem proud to disregard your responsibility to actually provide the food you advertise and that I payed for. I have a phenomenal reputation with other establishments I am a pleasant customer and when I work I provide good service and am responsible in my work. Your answers do nothing to show responsibility and nothing to rectify your mistake. Your respond is to belittle me and state that I'm.making a big deal over nothing.
