Update: (May 2021 My one toe nail is still red and swollen 3 months later!!! My other two nails are also painful.) I went here in December and the guy did a good job, but this time he cut out the ingrown toenails while I wasn’t paying attention, even though I didn’t ask for that, I asked for him to only cut nails straight across. But when he was supposed to be cleaning nails he took scissors and cut my nails down the side!!! Who does that?? I’ve been getting my nails down for 15 years and this has never happened. Ingrown nails are a medical issue that needs to be dealt with by a doctor not a nail tech. Three days later and they are still swollen and red, probably infected. So this is my first time coming to the salon, and I kid you not I am now out of the parking lot letting my nails dry… I have never had anyone rush me out of the salon so quick, and there’s always been a place to sit and let our toes dry before we leave, they sent me outside in these! I wish I was kidding… I called them before I came in, to make sure they had time, and I said I wanted a pedicure and a manicure, but after my pedicure, they told me that I only said pedicure on the phone and when I asked about my manicure all they told me was “NO”. I was like okay? This wasn’t worth $50 at all. I’m kind of glad they didn’t hear me say manicure because now I can go to another nail salon to get that done, really disappointed and I can’t believe I’m out here and had to walk to my car in these. Worst and most expensive refill. I came in for an acrylic refill (they call it solar refill). After the tech added the acrylic there was a gap between the acrylic and my cuticles so it looked grown out. The tech rushed through painting my nails and did not paint the front of the nails. I can deal with those small things but the really dissappointing part is that the edges near the cuticles (the refilled acrylic) lifted after just 2 days. That's unheard of and never happened to me before. I still don't know how that's even possible. I wanted to save myself from driving another 5 minutes to Oasis nails and ended up waisting $36 on this...
