I love pho. If I could afford to eat it every day in today's economy, I would.

This place has the most flavorful broth in Kapolei, in my opinion. Prices are higher than others in this town, but the price makes sense considering the portion of meat if you've paid less at other spots.

For me, their pho always hits the spot, even for takeout. I only do a combination pho. I have noticed their portion of tripe is a lot less, but theres still a lot of other things to eat in there.

Squeeze the lemon and dump all the veggie goodies in the bag in along with the sriracha and that magical roasted garlic in chili oil, with the cilantro and the white and green onions into the hot broth they pack separately and cover it back up so they can become friends. 😁 From there, I divide the noodles and meat so I can get two to three separate sessions out of my order. I love pho. 😋

For me, their pho is always like a warm hug. Somewhere between the carbs in the noodles and the combination of warm spices in the broth, I always end up feeling a sense of calm, and like that Bob Marley song, don't worry goes... 🎶dont worry...about a thing...cuz every little thing is going to be alright...🎶 Even the hard stuff happening in your life doesn’t seem so difficult.

12/28/2021 My Kapolei pal had a get together at her home and asked what food I wanted. I loved the cold Vermicelli with Lemongrass Tofu I had last time and since I'm a creature of habit, I picked the same thing this time. She ordered a few orders of Beef Pho, BBQ Chicken Banh Mi, cold Vermicelli with Lemongrass Tofu, and Spring Rolls for everyone to eat family style but because I love the cold Vermicelli with Lemongrass Tofu so much, I ordered a plate all for myself. Oh, I did try some of the BBQ Chicken Banh Mi. Delicious! Oink oink!

12/2/2021 I went to visit my Kapolei pal and she treated me to a take out lunch from her favorite Vietnamese place. When I eat Vietnamese food, I usually order cold Vermicelli with BBQ pork chop and Spring Rolls. However, she was raving about Pho H&H's cold Vermicelli with Lemongrass Tofu. Since I love tofu, I changed my mind and decided to order what she recommended. Oh wow!! It was so flavorful and like nothing I had ever had before. The tofu had a great texture and flavor. The veggies that it was served with were very fresh and crunchy. I love, love this plate!! I wish that they had a location closer to me so I could eat this all the time....

Been going here for quite some time and the food never disappoints! But today I’ve had enough of it, in the past I’ve tolerated them not giving me the right order not only once, but 4X! I’ve ordered Bahn Mi multiple times from them and they’ve gotten my to go order wrong 98% of the time! But I was hesitant to bring this business down since the food quality is so good. But today was the last straw when I ordered for pick up ahead of time and the woman tried to argue with me about my order not being received and to figure it out to 5 min later my order is ready. THIS IS EXTREMELY RIDICULOUS HOW SOMEONE COULD LIE TO MY FACE ABOUT NOT HAVING MY ORDER TO SUDDENLY APPEARING OUT OF NOWHERE!
