Kai Lani At Ko'olina Aoao — Local services in Oʻahu

Perfect!

We traveled to Oahu for Christmas with my in-laws who were also staying in Kai Lani complex. The moment we walked in the door it had already exceeded expectations as the pictures do not do it justice. The open floor plan, spacious kitchen and dining area were perfect for our family. The two bedrooms were very large with walk in closets, double sinks and both had large ensuite bathrooms. If you are travelling with another couple, kids or teenage kids this unit is perfect. We do a lot of our own cooking and let me tell you as a person who cooks from scratch, there is nothing Richard does not have in this kitchen. As we had family staying in other units, they were nowhere near as stocked as our unit was or as nice, the pool is very close and our boys enjoyed running straight out the door to the open grass field. The complex is close to beaches, some of the best snorkeling on the island which is straight out the door down to the small cove. We had our family down from other parts of the island for Christmas and they could not stop talking about how wonderful this unit is, If you are thinking of staying in Ko Olina this complex is great location and well run. More specifically I would highly recommend this unit. Start to finish Richard was excellent to deal with and communicated well, we had an issue with keys in mail system and he instantly had a back up plan for me to get another set. Rented a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath condo which had an awesome view. When we come back to Oahu, Hawaii we definitely want to stay here again. Quiet, nice view without all the traffic, sirens and crowds Waikiki has. Close to Kapolei where there’s Costco, Walmart, fast food and local food eateries, Home Depot, movie...

Lovely landscaping. Appears well maintained. Conveniently located just outside the Ko 'Olina guard station. Prices reportedly around $1 million with HOA fees...
