I love Skechers shoes. I fell in love with them when they first came out with the GoPlay shoes. They were like walking on clouds. Comfortable all day shoes are always important, but more so when you are on your feet all day. As a cashier, I loved these shoes. I lived by these shoes. Once I transitioned into an office job, I still looked to this brand for my workout shoes.

As for this store, I hate it. HATE coming to this store. Every time I come here, it is always so crowded! Its located in the center of tourist central, Waikele Outlets, so it is to be expected though. I still think this place is the most crowded store out of all the stores in that area though.

They are always running specials, like buy one get one 30 or 50% off. I like going when they have the second pair 50% off as it makes it a better deal than you can get on Amazon or Ross for that brand. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are always asking if you need help and then telling you their name, so I assume their associates make commission. As the case, if you have a particularly helpful associate, please remember their name so they can get credit for all their hard work.

I’ve learned over the years that the best time to go here is right when they first open. So if you can manage to get up early and head over there before the crowd, I highly suggest it. It will save you the frustration of being crowded by people, having no where to sit to try your shoes on, and having no associate around when you need a different size (as you cant climb the big step ladder they have there).

Online hours posted to Google and the Skechers website say this store opens at 1100. The staff showed up at 1100, and wandered around aimlessly for 30 minutes. We called the store and asked when they would be opening, since they were already 30 minutes late. The employee was rude and dismissive. They left a group of 15-20 potential customers standing on the sidewalk. Hours are not posted in the store. If you plan on opening at 1200, then post 1200 so you aren’t wasting...

My main go to place for walking shoes. Especially extra wide shoes! Parking can be very challenging since this is an outlet center however I intentionally adjust my shopping times to match the hours which are the quietest.
