I went to Diamonds Direct in Oakbrook to buy myself a natural diamond ring, I had an appointment with Ryan. What an amazing experience I had. Ryan helped me understand the different quality metrics of a diamond, he also helped me look at the diamond under the magnifier and was happy to show me a ton of different options. Ryan also made me understand the process of selecting colour of diamond for a gold ring as the metal of the ring would reflect on the diamond. After trying on a few different settings, I found one that I loved. I learned a lot about selecting a diamond, and eventually identified one that fit my style. The entire time I felt very respected by Ryan and I never felt pressured or "up-sold". I left the store much more knowledgeable and more comfortable with the ring purchase.
