Concept sounds great. Assembly is a nightmare. My hands were practically breaking to slide the fabric Into place. Even with some help from some men The fabric would still not go into place. 30 days approximately after purchase I called the store in Oak Brook and talked to Jasmine and started complaining that I was not satisfied with the product she was not pleasant on the phone and so I said but I’ll just return it. A week or so later I go into the store and leave my name and number for her to call me back and when she calls me back and I say I want to return the item she says now that it’s two weeks past due the return date. Then because I was angry and upset on the phone since I had just spent $5600 and I’m getting poor customer service Jasmine hung up on me. Then I called corporate and he said that it is up to the store manager to decide on what to do with returns??? Is this company serious? Read moreWas delivered in multiple boxes, left outside on front porch stacked high without being notified of delivery. Very heavy and difficult to maneuver boxes alone. Inserts ( cushions) were difficult to put into the seat covers. Once set up ( utilized 5 people to help set up) the sectional was not comfortable!! Had out of town guests who agreed, most uncomfortable sectional! Seat covers puckered , some end pieces were stained for $8000. This Definitely did not look like an $8000. Piece of furniture and was a total waste of my time , effort and money!!! Very disappointed. !!!Returned within a month of purchase. Once again had to pack the boxes ( remove covers etc. and disassemble and place the pieces in boxes !! And move outside for pickup! Happy that others have great experiences. Read moreIm not going to lie, I’m very disappointed in LoveSac. They sent me the wrong order, the packaging was dirty and ripped when delivered, and customer service was not great. But eventually I got ahold of Chris (store manger at Oakbrook Mall). Even though I still have yet to receive the correct order when I was told I would, Chris went above and beyond to assist me with locating my new correct order and didn’t stop researching until I had a tracking number and the information I needed. If it wasn’t for Chris I would have canceled my purchase. Unfortunately I will never order from LoveSac again but Chris is a superstar! I can’t believe it’s this much trouble to get my order after spending over $1200.00....
