Why is pick up in store available on the app if the inside isn’t actually open? I ordered ahead of time so I could quickly run in and grab my coffee since I was in a rush I had my kids with me. I don’t have time to wait in a 30+ minute line. Couldn’t get in the doors so I had to sit and wait or waste my money and leave it. I tried calling the store with no answer. I tried canceling on the app and it doesn’t give you that option. I explained my frustrations to the employee after waiting in like over 20 minutes and I know it’s not her fault but she literally just ignored everything I said and blew me off. I had to sit in line for 30+ minutes with a crying baby. On top of that my drink was watered down. Terrible customer service. So today I went to the Dunkin further down 27th street and I went in the store. They only had 2 employees and the drive through line was also ridiculously long. Read moreI don’t know what’s going on with management here lately. The new main manager at this place is horrible. As are some of the shift managers or at least the afternoon/evening ones. The morning girls are great! Deb especially! They’re the best morning crew. I was in, in the late afternoon and between the boy with glasses and maybe Maddy or Gabby or whatever it was like they were in their own little world. I even saw one of them fling a piece of one of the bakery items across the store and hit one of the sitting customers whom I at least hope they knew. Good for drivethru but avoid going in. Had to study for uni, stopped to get a drink and work. Employees would talk rudely about customers as they walked out, and avoid taking orders (?) Someone would walk up to the counter and employees would avoid ringing them up until the senior employee ultimately finished ringing them up. Wierd dynamic. In addition to seeming to offer favors to certain customers who were friends to the baristas.
