Not professional when bringing jewelry in for lifetime repair. Keeps them for weeks then gets upset at the customer when the customer is not upset but just inquiring. And she told me not to come back. Had me all upset and crying when I left. And I'm NOT one to cry. I am a woman of GOD. I didn't get loud or use any profanity. I have been shopping there for years and also have recommended a lot of customers. They can also be over priced. Try Angeles on Southfield rd. Same merchandise better price.

I purchased a ring from you and brought a purse in that I THOUGHT I bought from you ( I had purchased10yrs ago and thought I bought it there). We determined in the BEGINNING that I didn't purchased the purse from you ONLY the ring. You were going to fix them both at no charge. GREAT! The problem came when I came in weeks later ( which was today 6/26/24) and they wasn't ready. I don't even think you took it home because it was still at the store. I was calm but yet still inquiring. I was holding your hand and asking you to look at me as we were talking. And still shopping.You told me you have been busy. Ok. Pick it up in 10 days. When I get to the counter to pay you were piecing it togather with whatever stones you had there instead of taking it home to fix it correctly. I said I will except it this time but in the future I'm very PARTICULAR and would rather had waited for it instead of a rush job. I even told her she could HAVE MY purse (and I left it there) and use the stones for other repairs. Blessings to you and your business I just won't...

I Love this store. The Owner and Staff is awesome. They are professional, courteous and friendly. My friends and I have been shopping here for years. She always has very unique items in the store. Always greet you with a smile and willing to assist you. I have bought many items (clothes, jewelry, purses, shoes, boots, hats, gloves, mask, keychains, shawls etc.) for family, friends. co-workers and myself. Everyone absolutely love their gifts. Twice I was in the store with some personal health issues. The owner asked me what happened. I shared with her and she immediately laid hands on me and prayed for me on both occasions. I never been in a store where the owner or staff took the time to do this. I was emotionally overwhelmed and thanked her for caring. I love the Owner and staff and consider them my shopping family. I will continue to shop at this store and, informed others about this store and be a blessing to others with gifts from this...

I love this place! The staff is always so warm and inviting. I also had the owner fix and mend pieces that weren't hers. She did so. Not to mention the owner has been around serving our community for years. She is Terry's Place on the Avenue of Fashion approved! Much love and many blessings to the owner and staff.
