Yoshi Habachi off Greenfield near Lincoln Southfield is a rip off. First time I ordered online and picked it up, I saw a DoorDash charge, told them and it was not addressed. I was actually told another customer said the same thing a few days prior (blank stare). I go back tonight to order....prices are ridiculous....$12 for shrimp fried rice which they literally took one shrimp and cut it up, Then put half in the rice. Also charges 4% if you use your debit card. I could go on and on about what is wrong about this place but I will leave it here. I Could have went and bought the food for the $92.00 spent and made my own. Even when I asked, my question was dismissed! I AM BIG ON WHERE I SPEND MY MONEY! I AM BIG ON CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered shrimp and steak and a extra $12 for shrimp fried rice that had a cut up 1/2 a shrimp in it and chicken and shrimp with an extra $6 for chicken fried rice with no chicken in it. I asked them because I check my food before leaving and as told it was in there. I guess I'm either stupid or blind. Osaka Japanese is where I will go from now on.! Keep your money. Food I could have cooked better at home. I despise I had to even give them 1 star to make a review 😒 And they telling people they can't take orders after 1/2 hour before closing. Had a man look at the whole menu then said he couldn't order. Unreal.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The staff was rude. I paid almost $30 for the Spicey Chicken Hibachi, which tastes absolutely horrendous. It has no flavor. It doesn't look appealing in anyway. The red sauce that makes it "spicey" (I use that term loosely, it's not at all) tastes like cheap old hot sauce. The unseasoned fried rice is more like boiled then lightly sautéed with soggy unseasoned veggies. It doesn't taste like a hibachi dish at all. Even with paying extra for the sides of garlic butter it doesn't taste any better. I'm very disappointed in how little flavor this food has. The last time I had the hibachi from Yoshi was the Fenkell location when it first opened, and I assumed it would be better since they've opened multiple new locations, but I was wrong. The service is still bad. The food was better in 2019. At least better than what I received today. I definitely will not be back and DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE looking for a good hibachi meal. It's worth the drive to go to a legit Japanese spot further out. Don't waste your money or your time.

The office door dashed 6 orders for evening clinic I ordered Salmon hibachi, and 5 double steak and shrimp with veggie fried rice, with hennessey sauce everything was SUPER SALTY, and the veggie rice was SPOILED it smelled like a sewer by the time I was ready to eat, the steak was over cooked. I called the location today spoke with Paige she called the owner/manager the best he could do was advise to call door dash for a refund. I appreciate Paige's efforts her customer service was good maybe the owner can learn something from her. You should be ashamed serving rotten food, the cook need to be terminated because you prepared and packaged the order to go out. This location need to be shut down this is a health concern and you have no regard for the customers that patronize your business obvioulsy. JUST DISRESPECTFUL!!! I'm sending the health department there I did not ask for slime in my rice. To the owner your customer service was just as bad as the food you serve my order was nothing like I've had from any Yoshi location, you're not even...
